Bookings:

The cost for the concession is only £3750.00. VAT is not charged. A 20% non refundable deposit must be paid at the time of booking, along with a post dated cheque dated for April 1^st 2009 for the balance. Booking can be done online with a credit card. This entitles the concessionaire to have three ice-cream vans or units on site for all three days.

Payment: All cheques should be made out to: The Malcolm Group (Events) Ltd.
