Medieval Traders wishing to have space allocated should complete this form and forward a non refundable registration fee of £35 (early booking discount - only vaild until 28th February 2009)

Failure to disclose your full product range could mean that you are asked to move after you are set-up.
If you book open space do you intend to erect a tent or awning?
*Please give details of the colour, type and material of your tent or awning. Please give a full description of your set up. Quality tents will be given prefered sites. Lack of information regarding your trading point will effect your location.
